At The Game Room, we want you to be fully satisfied with your style; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All apparel must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
